Training and clinical approach
A psychology that sees the whole being.
Clinical training, a careful reading of the story, human presence. Three dimensions that hold every process Liset accompanies.

Starting point
The wound is a doorway — and the session a hospitality.
Liset's clinical practice rests on a professional conviction: suffering isn't a mistake to fix; it's a doorway into one's own story. The session, from that lens, isn't a place where someone gets «fixed». It's a space where someone can be heard for as long as she needs to be.
Her training combines clinical psychology, systemic intervention, and tools to accompany processes of identity, purpose, relationships, and emotional healing. She works from a humanistic and integrative perspective, without dogmas or recipes: each woman brings her own language and her own pace.
What sustains her practice isn't a single technique. It's the discipline of meeting each person with the right question: what needs to be seen here, without rushing?
The first clinical act isn't to interpret. It's to not rush.

How I work
What you'll find in session.
The clinical frame is clear: sustained individual sessions, in-person or online, at a frequency we agree on according to your process. The duration of each process is always a conversation — not a closed promise made up front.
The first session has no rushed diagnosis and no promises. It's a space to listen to you, understand what brings you here, and decide together whether this is the right place for your process. If it isn't, I'll point you toward a professional who can accompany you better.
There are themes and moments where Liset isn't the right professional — and she'll say so clearly. Clinical transparency isn't a formality; it's part of the care.
To accompany isn't to lead. It's to walk alongside while you recognize your own step.
Starting with you
The first step is to book it.
A first session to get to know each other with no commitment and define the path that best accompanies you.
