Method

Three phases to come back to yourself.

A clinical method built in session — not in a book. Three phases that hold steady at your own pace, without rushing and without skipping the body.

How we work

Three phases to support your process.

I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective. Each process is unique: duration and frequency are agreed with you.

01

Recognize

Identify your story, your emotions, and the patterns that have shaped your life.

02

Order

Understand, heal, and integrate what weighs, with clinical and human tools.

03

Walk

Build a life coherent with your identity, your values, and your purpose.

Where this method comes from

What kept repeating in session.

The method was born from listening. Year after year, different women arrived with different stories but with one pattern in common: a body tired of holding up a life it couldn't quite inhabit. Some spoke of identity. Others, of relationships. Others, of an exhaustion that had no name. But all were somewhere along the same path.

The three phases — Recognize · Settle · Walk — aren't a recipe. They are the minimum cartography that emerged after years of accompanying real processes: first you have to see what's there; then you have to understand it without rushing; and only then can you walk differently.

The method doesn't dictate the speed. The speed is yours. What the method ensures is that no step is left without support.

Principles

What we believe while we work.

Three principles that guide every process, regardless of format — individual session, mentorship, retreat, or group space.

✦

The wound is a doorway

What hurts today didn't arrive by mistake. It's information. And, when it's seen without judgment, it becomes the entry into your own path.

✦

Coherence is the goal

Healing isn't achieving a perfect version of yourself. It's living aligned with what you feel, believe, and decide — even when that unsettles those around you.

✦

The everyday is the territory

Deep transformation doesn't happen at a retreat. It happens in how you treat yourself when you wake up tomorrow. The session holds; you carry the path.

Healing doesn't mean becoming someone different. It's remembering who you really are — and allowing yourself to live it.

Clinical honesty

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

This method is for women ready to look at themselves slowly: in individual sessions, in purpose mentorships, in retreats, or in group settings. It doesn't require previous therapy experience — it does require the willingness to hold the space you'll be opening for yourself.

It isn't the right space if you're going through an active psychiatric emergency, a suicidal crisis, or need specialized psychiatric care. In those cases I'll point you toward the appropriate professionals and services — and I'll do so from the first encounter, with transparency.

It also isn't the right space if what you're looking for is a quick answer. What we offer here is sustained presence — and that, by definition, takes time.

Your first step

Begin by listening without rushing.

Book an orientation — or, if you prefer to explore first, take the childhood wounds self-exploration questionnaire.
