How we work

A session that doesn't rush you.

The session is, above all, a frame. A professional, confidential, and sustained space where what you bring — whether clear or unformed — can be heard without being hurried.

I work from a humanistic and integrative clinical perspective: clinical psychology with complementary training in systemic intervention, emotional regulation, and accompaniment in processes of identity and relationship. There isn't one single technique; there is a sustained question — what needs to be seen here? — and a clinical frame that holds it.

Every process is different. Some women arrive with a decision to make; others, with an exhaustion that has no name; others, with a relationship that hurts. The frame adjusts to what brings you here, not the other way around.

The first thing isn't to interpret. It's not to rush.
