About Liset
A clinical gaze with a human heart.
Clinical psychologist, mentor, and speaker. Over ten years accompanying real processes for women, families, and organizations from a deep, close, and professional perspective.

Who I am
A psychologist who listens from within.
I accompany processes of emotional healing, identity, and purpose from a perspective that holds both the professional and the human at once: I see the story, listen to the body, and embrace the soul.
My clinical practice was born from a simple, persistent question: how do you hold a woman as she finds her way back to herself? That question has led me to train in clinical psychology, systemic intervention, emotional regulation, and accompaniment through processes of closure, transition, and purpose.
Today I work in individual sessions, purpose mentorships, retreats, and conferences. I am the clinical voice behind AuténticaMente®, the project I created to support women on their path of coherence, identity, and restoration.
I'm not here to give you answers. I'm here to hold your question until it becomes a path.
My approach
How I accompany you
My view considers the body, the mind and the spiritual dimension. Beyond addressing what worries you today, I look to understand your story, your beliefs and the ways you think, feel, decide and relate.
Close listening
A space to express yourself with respect and without judgement.
Understanding your story
We explore the experiences and patterns that may be influencing your present.
Tools for your life
We work on resources you can apply at your own pace and according to your needs.
Spirituality in the process
My faith in God is part of how I understand life and purpose. If you wish, and if it is relevant for your process, we can integrate your spiritual dimension with respect for your beliefs and decisions.
You don't need to share my faith to receive support.

When it is hard to recognise your own worth.
I walk with you as you notice how you talk to yourself, where those voices come from and how much they weigh on your choices, so you can build a fairer, kinder relationship with yourself.
About this processWhen you are not sure who you are beyond what others expect.
We explore what you value, what you need and what you inherited without choosing it, so you can recognise your own voice and decide from there how you want to live.

Explore my relationshipCaring for yourself also means knowing where you end and others begin.
We explore the patterns and needs behind the way you say yes or no, to build more conscious boundaries without disconnecting from the people who matter to you.
Explore boundaries
To begin
You don't need to know exactly what to work on.
Choose what feels closest to where you are:
Areas of support — not promises of outcome or cure.
My pillars
Four pillars that hold my work.
These aren't techniques I apply from the outside. They are the lenses through which I see every woman who sits in front of me.
Clinical perspective
Formal training in clinical psychology and a professional, ethical, and sustained framework. Every process begins with understanding, not judgment.
Embodied spirituality
A perspective that embraces the unseen without imposing it. It recognizes that healing is also a return to the body, to the soul, and to a life with meaning.
Coherence
The heart of AuténticaMente®: living from what you feel, believe, and decide — without masks, without over-adapting, without rushing to please.
Sustained accompaniment
Real processes take time. The session isn't an event; it's a space that holds steady while your own pace finds its rhythm.
