Resources
Tools to accompany your process.
Orientation questionnaires, short readings and an emotional mapping tool — designed to be used before, during or after a therapeutic process. None replaces the consulting room; all of them help orient it.

Why these resources exist
Resources that orient, not that diagnose.
There's a lot of content about emotional health. Little of it is born from the consulting room. The resources I leave here are: each one answers questions that come up over and over in session, and each one is designed with the same clinical care I bring to consultation.
Their role is to orient. A well-designed test helps you name what's happening; a clinical reading helps you recognize yourself without diagnosing yourself; an emotional cartography helps you map the terrain before deciding the next step.
The short questionnaires and the ebook are free. None replaces a professional evaluation — but they can be a good first step, or a companion to a process already underway.
A test doesn't tell you who you are. It tells you where you're looking from right now — and that's valuable information.
Orientation tests
Two honest questions to begin with.
Short tests, free and without registration. Each takes a few minutes and ends with an orientation reading about the next step.
Reflection spaces
Orientation questionnaires about your story and patterns, your couple relationship and your wellbeing at work. Descriptive, not diagnostic: they help you recognise which support format best fits the moment you're moving through.

Thirty questions to recognise how you protect yourself today and which of the five wounds — rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal or injustice — is asking for more attention. An orientation self-exploration questionnaire based on the 5-wounds framework. It is not a diagnosis.
Take the test →Clinical reading
An ebook to recognize yourself without diagnosing yourself.
A short text that translates into human — not clinical — language what shows up in session when the five wounds appear. It reads in an afternoon. It's read again many times.

A map of your story to begin looking at it.
The Childhood Wounds Cartography is seven questions you can walk through right here, at your own pace. As you answer, your memories, emotions and bonds are drawn as a map only you can see.
In sessions we keep working on it: the map becomes a starting point to sort out what you feel and make decisions with more clarity and less fear.
Start slowly
When you're ready, we can talk it through.
A test, a reading or a cartography can help orient you. When you'd like a real consultation space, book a first session.
